Our perries

• Perries are hard ciders made exclusively from pears.

• Our perries are naturally gluten- and sugar-free beverage made from southern Oregon pears fresh-pressed on our family farm in the Applegate Valley.

• Our perries are fermented to dry, with <0.1 grams of glucose and fructose per liter. 

• Pears have sorbitol, an unfermentable sugar, that gives perry its distinctive delicate sweetness. 20% of the population have a sorbitol sensitivity. We always recommend drinking in moderation especially if you’ve never had a perry before.
