APPLEGATE Perry

Named for the Valley where Blossom Barn Cidery makes our perries, it’s also where the Black Twig cider apples are grown. These heritage apples comprise 10% of the juice that goes into this co-ferment.  Still a light cider, the tannins in the Black Twig apples delivers depth and roundness. Exceptionally drinkable, this perry also pairs well with food.
