Two of the Rogue Valley’s most important fruits— pears and caneberries, come together in this lovely co-ferment. We ferment pear juice and whole berries together. The berries are from Pennington and Sun Spirit Farms, just across the Applegate River from us. A light pink cider with subtle tart flavor from the berries.
